56 year old, first experience with Botox, and I wish I could give The Skin Company more than 5 stars! From the moment you walk in the door, you feel seen. Check-in is easy and you’re always offered something to drink while you wait which is never more than a few minutes. I was incredibly nervous at my first appointment and Michelle is nothing less than WONDERFUL!! She will take as much time as you need to answer every single question, walks you through the process step-by-step and just makes you feel so taken care of ❤️. I have been going to Skin company for over a year. Excellent customer service, they go over and above of what you need. Any questions or concerns I have they have answers for it. When I walk in the door, it’s clean and warm inviting. I feel very comfortable going there.I have been getting Dysport and Botox for my treatments with Maria. She is amazing, I always ask for advice, and she always has an answer.They also have amazing skin care products, when they have samples available, they pass them out.That is how I get started on their skin care products. I’m very happy that I found them, I googled them like everybody else and read reviews and they were all amazing. I will return!

Michelle is a wonderful injector. She is detailed, thorough and the appointments never feel rushed. A lower price per unit can be found elsewhere, but the results may not be as favorable. You get what you pay for!

I went to The Skin Company for the first time today and I had a great experience. The ease of booking, check-in and check-out was perfect. All of the ladies were so kind and helpful. After I had book my appointment I had a change to my schedule and they were extremely helpful and understanding, they got everything rearranged for me. I appreciated their patience with me. I also loved how clean the location was and how professional the care was. I will definitely be going back and recommend you give them a try.

I get a monthly HydraFacial with Dara and working with her has been a game changer for my skin - she’s the best! I’ve recently done a few IV and Botox sessions with Michelle and she is absolutely fantastic as well! Faith and Caroline are always there to greet everyone with a smile and are so helpful with scheduling, etc. I even use several of Maria’s skincare products in my daily routine and at almost 38 years old, I’ve never gotten more compliments on my skin.
